Extra virgin Olive oil​

Extra virgin olive oil is the highest quality and olive oil classification.
It's unrefined as it is not treated with chemicals or altered by temperature. 


It has a superior flavor, taste and aroma of fresh olives.​
Recommended for salads, cold dishes or dips.​

Virgin Olive oil

Virgin olive oil it's made using a very similar process as extra-virgin olive oil and is also unrefined oil.

Virgin olive oil also maintains the purity and taste of the olive, though taste is softer than extra virgin.​
​Also recommended for
 salads and cold dishes.

Olive oil

Olive oil is a blend of virgin olive oil and refined olive oil.
Temperature and/or slight modifications are used in the process of development.

​It has a lighter color, more neutral flavor, and is an all-purpose cooking oil.
